Naomh Padraig AGM 2015: New Committee required!

  • Eileen O’Toole and Helen Witts have now completed 3 years as Chairperson and Treasurer of the Residents’ Association. This is the maximum time allowed by the Constitution, and they are now obliged to step down
  • An invitation is now on the table for new people to fill these roles on the estate – ideally Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary
  • These positions must be continued so that Naomh Padraig can continue to receive the council grant which pays for the CE Lawn Maintenance Scheme and the Public Liability Insurance
  • Minimal work is required, and much help is given by Leitrim Development Company
  • The essential duties are the grant application, the yearly AGM, and
    the upkeep of the garden power tools
  • . There is no obligation for the new Committee to continue with past efforts such as the Fun Days, the Newsletter, or improvement projects like the Community Composting scheme, or even this Website
